Mourinho launches another embarrassing attack at Wenger
Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has taken yet another embarrassing swipe at Arsene Wenger this afternoon.
The Portuguese coach has been speaking at his press conference this afternoon and was quizzed about the FA’s decision to slap Diego Costa with a three-match ban and rescind Gabriel’s dismissal.
However, Mourinho refused to answer any questions relating to Costa and instead launched into another bizarre rant about Wenger, saying he is the only manager in the Premier League who can criticise referees and can push another manager in the technical area [with reference to their row last year].
He continued to say Wenger is the only one who can cry before games, can lose games, can not achieve and still keep his job as the ‘king’.
Here are the quotes from ESPN reporter Miguel Delaney:
Mourinho says Costa/Gabriel decision "not normal" – but refusing to be drawn on it.

Mourinho claiming there's "an imaginary list" of managers who can criticise referees and those who can't – that includes him.

Mourinho: "I think in this country there's only one manager who is never under pressure."

Mourinho: "There is only one who manager not on this list. Good for him. Can speak about referees, can push in technical area…"

Mourinho's ultimate PR failsafe – just have a massive go at Wenger. Won't answer anything on Costa etc, but…

It’s all getting a bit weird now. The guy is obsessed with Wenger. At any given opportunity he will focus his attention at the Arsenal boss.
For me, the reason is clear – he’s jealous of Wenger’s job security. Despite all his success at winning trophies – which is undeniable – Mourinho has failed to hold down a job for longer than three years.
Wenger on the other hand has been given the freedom to build several teams and mold Arsenal in to the club he wants, and Mourinho can’t handle it. He would LOVE the security Wenger has at Arsenal.
The problem is, he’s unlikable, plays boring football, and is difficult to get along with, which is why he can’t hold down a job long-term, despite bringing trophies.
The bloke is deluded and he’s feeling the pressure because he knows this Chelsea side are struggling. He knows if he doesn’t win a big trophy this season, he’ll be booted out the door by Abramovich – because his football is dull and he’s a complete d*ck.
Mourinho should focus on himself and his own team rather than trying to deflect the pressure by having a pop at Wenger to the media all the time. He won’t respond to the Costa questions because he knows his striker is now a target for the referees, so he’ll make the headlines about Wenger to deflect the attention away from Costa.
His antics are predictable and nobody is falling for it anymore.
