PHOTO: Walcott, Ramsey + The Ox All Smiles On Team Bonding Day
You’d think the players may be a little downbeat after our midweek capitulation against Anderlecht but it appears the players are in surprisingly good spirits.
Lukas Podolski has posted a picture on his Instagram page of him along with several of the squad enjoying what appears to be a team bonding day.
The likes of Walcott, The Ox, Ramsey, Gibbs, Campbell, Flamini, Debuchy, Martinez, Monreal and what looks like Wilshere in the back ground all joined Podolski in posing for a snap after they took part in some table-tennis with a message reading “Great team day yesterday, spirits are high”.
It’s great to see the players have already put Tuesday’s disappointment behind them and hopefully they’ll ensure it doesn’t happen again. Nothing would be worse than the boys heading into tomorrow’s Swansea game feeling down and sorry for themselves.
Let’s hope this ‘team spirit’ helps us secure three valuable points at the Liberty Stadium!
