TEAM NEWS: Wenger Confirms Double Injury Doubt For Burnley
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has confirmed that Kieran Gibbs and Jack Wilshere are doubts for tomorrow’s clash with Burnley.
Gibbs was forced off late on during our 2-0 win away at Sunderland last weekend after picking up a hip problem.
The 25-year-old will be assessed in training this afternoon but the boss is ‘quite confident’ he’ll be passed fit to play.
However, Arsene also revealed that Wilshere has picked up a minor knee knock that’s set to keep him out of action this weekend.
The injury is described as ‘very, very short-term’ but it may force him to miss Tuesday’s Champions League clash with Anderlecht as well before returning to face Swansea next weekend.

Wenger: "It is very short term. Wilshere got a kick on his knee. I don't know if Tuesday will be too early but certainly [fit for] Swansea."
