VIDEOS: Arsenal Youngsters Score Stunning Goals During U-21’s Win
Serge Gnabry and Ainsley Maitland-Niles both scored beauties as Arsenal under-21’s thrashed Stoke City 3-0 on Saturday afternoon.
Alex Iwobi has already opened the scoring in the first half when 17-year-old Maitland-Niles doubled our advantage with a stunning effort, curling the ball home from distance after stealing possession on the half way line just after the break.
Forgotten winger Gnabry then got himself in on the action as he smashed home the third in the 70th minute to cap a fine afternoon for the youngsters.
Gnabry was making just his second appearance for the Under-21’s after over 6 months on the sidelines with a knee injury, so it looks like he’s slowly getting back to fitness and could be pushing for a return to the first team soon.
