TEAM: Hayden & Bellerin Start: My Arsenal Starting XI To Face Hull
Premier League football returns this weekend as Arsenal take on Hull City at the Emirates.
We’re down to the bare bones in defence as Laurent Koscielny has been ruled out after his Achilles problem flared-up. With Calum Chambers suspended it leaves Arsene Wenger with a problem at centre-back.
Most are suggesting that Nacho Monreal will come in alongside Per Mertesacker but I’d prefer to see Isaac Hayden given his chance at the back. The youngster impressed against Southampton in the COC and I’m not a fan of Monreal in the middle.
Francis Coquelin is an option at right-back but Hector Bellerin is almost certain to start as Mathieu Debuchy continues to recover from an ankle injury.
Mikel Arteta is back in contention after returning from a calf strain but with only a couple of days training under his belt, I’d prefer to see Mathieu Flamini keep his place and bring Mikel back for the Anderlecht game on Wednesday.
Obviously Mesut Ozil is out so Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain should start in attack alongside Santi Cazorla and Alexis Sanchez. Arsene could go with his 4-1-4-1 formation with Santi in the middle along with Wilshere but I prefer the 4-2-3-1 formation.
So this is how I’d line-up on Saturday:
While this would be my starting eleven, in reality Wenger will probably play 4-1-4-1 with Monreal and Arteta in for Hayden and Flamini.
Either way we should hopefully have enough to beat Hull and get back on track after a disappointing loss to Chelsea.

Why are you even entertaining the thought of the 4/1/4/1 formation? Until Wenger implemented the unecasserry change of formation to 4/1/4/1, you would never of suggested Arsenal playing it. Arsenal are a 4/2/3/1 formation not a 4/3/3 or a 4/1/4/1 . Arsenal have struggled to win games so far this season because of Wenger’s idiotic unecasserry tinkering with the formation.

As I see, maybes Wenger use 4-1-4-1 if Flamini out Arteta in and 4-2-3-1 if Flamini in Arteta out

Izaac Hayden should start with Paul in central defence because he had good display against south ampton

The 4-1-4-1 information is not the problem, Wenger should advice Wilshire to cross the ball on time or he rest him on the bench. The main issue is Wenger is not ambitious
