VIDEO: Yaya Sanogo Scores Again For France U-21’s
Yaya Sanogo followed up his double last week with another goal for France Under-21’s during a 1-1 draw with Iceland on Monday night.
The 21-year-old opened the scoring in the 63rd minute as he scuffed home a shot following a corner.
Unfortunately it didn’t turn out to be the winners as the visitors equalised in the 80th minute but it was still good to see him getting on the scoresheet again.
Hopefully his three games in two games for France Under-21’s this past week will give him some confidence as he comes back to Arsenal looking to break his scoring duck.
Watch the goal here.

he’s scored from more than 3 yards, but the guy is a joke atm.

The stats for Sanogo are misleading, making many people think he is a bad player! Most of his appearances for The Arsenal were as a sub! I’m sure even Ronaldo or Messi would struggle coming on for 5mins here and there! (ok maybe not those 2! lol but the next level down of superstars!) but when he starts games, he makes a difference!!
From what I’ve seen of Sanogo he looks like he is just pure potential! He is a baby giraffe at the moment! But when he matures he will be a great striker! He’s still a kid!!! I know it was a friendly but his 4 goals in the Emirates Cup should show any reasonably intelligent person that he can do the business!
For our own fans to abuse him and put him down is just a joke!! What kinda fan does that? Seriously? Ever thought about getting behind him? Encouraging him? Giving him a chance?? SUPPORTING him maybe?? I would love to rewind time and see what those sort of fans thought about Bergkamp, Henry and Pires in their first season.. They would’ve said those 3 were awful, get rid of them!!! But look what happened! no reason why Sanogo can’t do the same! Or better!!!
