“If Arsenal Want Him, That’s Where He Will Go”
It appears if Arsenal want to buy Loic Remy this summer, then the striker will jump at the chance of moving to the Emirates Stadium.
Remy is currently enjoying himself on loan at Newcastle from Queens Park Rangers, with the France striker scoring 13 goals in 23 games so far this season.
The 27-year-old has been strongly linked with Arsenal in the past while Tottenham have also been credited with an interest in recent months.
However, there’s only one place Remy will be going if he has the choice and that’s the Emirates, with a ‘source’ close to the player telling the newspapers that he will jump at the chance of joining Arsenal as he’s keen to follow in the foot-steps of Gunners legend Thierry Henry.

“Where else would a big fan of Thierry Henry want to go?[Source: Express]
QPR will no doubt want Remy back in their ranks if they secure promotion back to the Premier League this season, while Newcastle are desperate to try and turn their loan into a permanent move.
However, it’s been reported that Remy could have a buy-out clause of around £8m this summer, which would represent an absolute bargain if true, and I’d be keen for Arsene Wenger to give him some serious consideration this summer.
It’s obvious we need reinforcements in attack and not only has Remy proved he can score goals in the Premiership, but he’ll also offer us something different up front. He has plenty of pace, which is something that’s currently lacking in our squad, and he’s also able to play out wide if needed.
If we could get him for anything near £8m-£10m, AND we bring in another striker as well, then I’d love to see Remy fulfill his ambition of playing for The Arsenal.
Do you think Remy would be a good purchase?
