My Preferred Starting Line-Up To Take On Dortmund
We take on Borussia Dortmund on Wednesday night in the Champions League looking for revenge after the Germans beat us 2-1 at the Emirates two weeks ago.
Unfortunately, Jack Wilshere and Mathieu Flamini will miss the game. Wilshere was forced to miss Saturday’s 2-0 win over Liverpool after injuring his ankle in training last week and hasn’t travelled while Flamini is still recovering from a groin problem. It means Aaron Ramsey will continue alongside Mikel Arteta in midfield.
The good news is that Kieran Gibbs has been passed fit and should start at left-back. The only contentious decision is who’ll start on the right side of midfield. Tomas Rosicky is probably favourite to start but I’d like to see Serge Gnabry given a go after he was passed fit. The youngster would give us some much-needed pace and width which will be vital in trying to hit Dortmund on the break.
So here’s the line-up I’d like to see start:
What do you think of my team?
