OZIL TWEET: Arsenal Beat Liverpool With ‘Formula 1 Football’
Saturday evening saw us beat Liverpool 2-0 to move five points clear at the top of the table.
We played some beautiful football during the game with the likes of Cazorla, Ramsey, Ozil, Rosicky and Giroud passing through the Merseysiders with ease at times.
Boss Arsene Wenger said it was one of our most complete performances of the season and we also drew praise from several sections of the media and pundits.
It seems our record summer signing, Mesut Ozil, was also impressed with the quality of our play as he took to Twitter after the game to claim we were playing at ‘formula 1 speed’ before saying ‘its wonderful to be a Gunner’.
Its an interesting way to describe our football, but it’s great to here the German is enjoying himself in north London. Long may it continue!
That was Football in formula 1 speed. It's wonderful to be a gunner. Thanks all.

Calm Down…It’s not yet the end of the season…Yes we played the best football but the season is still long. Be focused, resilient and most of all don’t get complacent. We’ll do good.

Arsene should realize more than everyone else, that this January window will be crucial for our title campaign. He should (and I think he will) bring a world class striker that we ultimately need. Giroud already seemed to loss his scoring shoes somewhere. No doubt he’ll be comeback, but you just don’t now when. A midfielder as a team top scorer is great but not an healthy one for a title contender. Landing up Lewandoski or Martinez(bullshit for Suarez or Rooney) will complete our last piece of enigma machine. We should accelerate into full throttle when our big enemies are still busy wearing their pants. We can steal the tittle here this year. The key is on January window : DO OR DIE.
