VIDEO: Crystal Palace 0-2 Arsenal: Giroud Sends Us 5 Points Clear

We moved 5 points clear at the top of the league with a hard fought 2-0 win over Crystal Palace this afternoon.

We were below par for much of the game but were given the chance to open the scoring after Serge Gnabry was fouled in the box. Mikel Arteta made no mistake from the spot.

The Spaniard was then controversially sent off for bringing Chamakh down about 45 yards from goal. Szczesny then kept us in the lead with two excellent saves before Olivier Giroud headed home the second in the dying minutes.
