TWEETS: Ozil Loves London, Jack Loves His Song, Giroud Loves The Fans & More
It was a well earned point yesterday against West Brom which keeps us sitting top of the league heading into the international break.
As seems to be the way these days, the players were on Twitter after the game giving their thoughts on the result.
Jack Wilshere was making the news last week for smoking a cheeky cig outside a nightclub and it seems he loves his new song. “He smokes when he wants, he smokes when he waaaaants. Jackie Wilshere, he smokes when he wants” rang out around the Hawthorns after he scored his first goal in three years.
Mesut Ozil also enjoys the odd ‘Tweet’ now an then and he acknowledged the fact our unbeaten run continues and we’ll be sitting top for at least another two weeks, while he claims to be having a ‘wonderful time in London’. Which is obviously great news as it’s important a player settles quickly in a new country/city.
Olivier Giroud, Aaron Ramsey and Nicklas Bendtner also had some nice words to say about the fans and team-mates. Here are the latest Tweets:
Love the new song for me today! Haha fans were incredible again! Good point nice to get a goal hopefully a few more to come! #Gooners
