VIDEO – Watch Ryo Miyaichi’s Horrific Miss For U-21’s vs WBA

Arsenal Under-21’s beat West Brom 1-0 last week but the game saw one of the worst misses you’ll see all season.

With little over 10 minutes gone, Serge Gnabry did well to find space cutting in from the left flank before finding Miyaichi with a lovely through-ball. The Japanese youngster did well to round the on-rushing goalkeeper to find himself presented with an open net. All he had to do was roll the ball home to give Arsenal the lead but the 20-year-old inexplicably scuffed his effort wide of the target.

Poor lad. It happens to the best of us. Thankfully we went on to win the game when Gnabry fired home just before half time.
