[Photo] Leaked image of Arsenal star wearing new 2017/18 away kit
After the club officially unveilled the new Arsenal home kit ahead of the 2017/18 season in London yesterday we’ve now seen an image of the away kit leaked online.
We’ve seen plenty of mock-ups doing the rounds on social media sites like Twitter in recent weeks and it seems they’ve been pretty accurate as the shirt Hector Bellerin is wearing in the above image is spot on.
The kit is dark blue fading in to light blue with a slight pattern effect running through while there is also some detailing down the shoulder line and along the sleeves.
Based on an earlier leaked image of Theo Walcott wearing the kit, it looks like the shorts will be dark blue while the socks will also match but with a white trim at the top.
I must say, I wasn’t a fan when I first saw the kit but it’s really grown on me and certainly looks a lot better when being worn by the players – although I’m still not convinced it’s nice enough for me to purchase. I’ll probably stick with just the home kit.
The away kit is due to be officially revealed early next month with the third kit released later in July ahead of the Emirates Cup.
For now, you’ll have to make do with these leaked images:
