Cazorla Out, Welbeck In: The Arsenal XI That Should Start vs Hull

Danny Welbeck

Arsenal will look to maintain their push for second place when we take on Hull City on Monday night. Here’s the team I think Arsene Wenger should go with:

Goalkeeper: Ospina

Ospina has cemented himself as our No.1 and that shouldn’t change tomorrow night. Szczesny hasn’t done enough to force his way back in just yet.

Defence: Bellerin, Mertesacker, Koscielny, Monreal

This seems to be our settled back four right now. Debuchy is a major doubt with a hamstring injury but Bellerin deserves to keep his place anyway.

Gabriel will most likely push for a first team place next season but for now Mertesacker and Koscielny are our first choice pairing and Monreal has edged ahead of Gibbs in the left-back role.

Midfield: Coquelin, Ramsey

Central midfield is arguably our strongest area right now and Arsene has some decisions to make. He’s been playing Ramsey out on the right-wing lately and it’s not working for me. The Welshman keeps coming inside and congesting the centre of the park but it’s difficult to leave him out.

Therefore, for this game I’d drop Cazorla and play Rambo in the middle. We need his work-rate and energy against what will be a very motivated Hull side. Wilshere will have to wait to make his comeback.

Attack: Welbeck, Ozil, Sanchez, Giroud

I’d then bring Welbeck in on the right wing as he’ll give us some much needed width and pace, as well as work rate, while Sanchez and Ozil should obviously keep their places along with Giroud.

This is how I’d line-up:

What do you think? What would be your line-up?

    That would be my line-up
However if we are struggling, like we were against Chelsea, I think it would be an ideal time to re-introduce Wilshere to see if he could add that final spark that is just quite missing at the moment

Bonaroca :- While the team selection is more or less is a good choice, I am looking forward to at least give a chance to fringe players on the bench who because of injury lost their place. Their are still matches to be played for a confirmed a runners position in the Premier Leaque and obviously the fa cUP.

Against Hull I would suggest ths team : Ospina, Bellerin.Koc.Monreal. Wilshire, Coloquin, Walcott, Ozil, Welbeck Sanchez.

Res. Gibbs, Ramsay, Gireau, perhaps there could be some other hidden genious among the up and coming academy players so much boasted off.

Good team. But I would want Welbeck up front and Wally wide after 60 mins as a planned move so long as nothing untoward happened. It would also be nice to give Jack a run for 20mins.
