Goals: Arsenal 0-3 Man City: Woeful Gunners slump in Carabao Cup final

Arsenal put-in a woeful performance as Manchester City lifted the Carabao Cup with a comfortable 3-0 victory at Wembley this evening.

We missed the first big chance of the game as Bravo saved well from a close range Aubameyang effort and it turned out to be a big turning point.

Minutes later, City broke the deadlock and it was shocking defending from Mustafi as he failed to get goal-side of Aguero from a goal kick, lost the header and the Argentinean hitman raced clear to lob Ospina – who didn’t cover himself in glory either.

City doubled their advantage shortly after half time as Kompany turned home following a corner and it was 3-0 in the 65th minute when Silva fired in a low left-footed shot.

Arsenal barely mustered a response or an attempt at City’s goal as they strolled to a comfortable 3-0 victory to win the Carabao Cup and leave our season hanging in the balance.
