[Photos] 19-year-old trains with Arsenal first team ahead of West Ham clash
Jeff Reine-Adelaide took part in full training with the rest of the first team squad this afternoon as Arsenal prepared for Wednesday night’s trip to West Ham.
The team will be looking to get back to winning ways after being held to a 1-1 draw by Southampton on Sunday afternoon but we’ll face a Hammers side who’ll be in confident mood following their win over Chelsea.
Arsene Wenger has a decision to make in midfield as Aaron Ramsey has been ruled out with a hamstring injury that he suffered during the closing stages at St Mary’s on Sunday.
It could open the door for Jack Wilshere to make his first Premier League start of the season so no doubt the England international was eager to impress the manager in training today.
Wilshere was joined at London Colney by Reine-Adelaide as the 19-year-old took part in training with the first team squad – although there is virtually no chance he’ll be in the squad tomorrow.
Rob Holding could be set for a recall in the middle of defence as Shkodran Mustafi is still nursing a thigh injury and Per Mertesacker was a liability at the weekend.
