Some of the Arsenal players have been celebrating on Twitter after we eased to a 2-0 victory over West Bromwich Albion at the Emirates last night.

After a hectic start, we opened the deadlock in the 20th minute when Alexandre Lacazette headed home from close range after Alexis Sanchez’s free-kick was parried by Ben Foster.

The French international then made it four goals in three appearances at the Emirates when he expertly tucked away a penalty to seal a 2-0 win after Aaron Ramsey was barged over in the area.

Nacho Monreal was arguably our Man of the Match and he’s taken to Twitter to express his delight at the result while he also uploaded a photo of himself pulling off a sensational goal-line clearance from the game last night.

Mesut Ozil made a late cameo appearance after being surprisingly left out of the starting eleven and he has also taken to the microblogging site to hail a much-needed win.

Shkodran Mustafi, Hector Bellerin, Aaron Ramsey and Alex Iwobi also posted messages on the site while Lacazette revealed that he was chosen to undergo a random drugs test after the game.
