Arsenal handed major triple injury boost
According to the Daily Mail, Aaron Ramsey, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Hector Bellerin are all set to return to the squad for our Premier League clash at West Brom after the international break.
Ramsey has missed our last five matches after being forced off during our Champions League win over Bayern Munich last month with a hamstring injury – something which Arsene Wenger blamed on the midfielder not being afforded a rest by Wales during the previous international break.
Oxlade-Chamberlain has has been on the treatment table with his own hamstring issue in recent weeks after picking up the injury during our defeat to Sheffield Wednesday in the Capital One Cup in late October.
Bellerin is our most recent casualty as he picked up a groin injury during the win over Swansea and was forced to sit out the subsequent games against Bayern Munich and Tottenham.
However, it looks as though all three are now on the verge of making comebacks as the Daily Mail claim they are expected to return to the squad for the trip to the Hawthorns after the international break.
The news will come as a major boost to Arsene Wenger as the squad has been decimated by injuries in recent months with TEN first team squad players missing the draw with Spurs last weekend.
The return of Rambo, The Ox and Hector will give the boss vital options and could allow us to hand Alexis Sanchez a well earned rest – something you can read about more here.
