Referee Announced For Arsenal’s FA Cup Semi Final With Reading
The Football Association have confirmed this afternoon that Martin Atkinson will take charge of Arsenal’s FA Cup semi final against Reading on Saturday evening.
We take on the Championship side at Wembley this weekend looking to stay on course to retaining the trophy we won in dramatic fashion just over 11 months ago.
And fortunately, Martin Atkinson has been chosen as the man in charge. Mr Atkinson is a decent referee and we have a very good record with him in charge so we should be pleased with this appointment.
Michael Olivier will be the referee for Sunday’s other semi between Liverpool and Aston Villa.
Here is confirmation of the details:

The same ref who failed to see Spurs goal go over the line against Chelsea, the same ref who simply can not keep up with play, the same ref who isn’t good enough, once a big occasion may be ruined by one ma’s failure to see the obvious
