Arsenal Suffer ANOTHER Blow As Rosicky Confirms Muscle Injury
Arsenal’s injury curse continues as Tomas Rosicky has confirmed that he’s picked up a muscle problem while away on international duty.
The midfielder didn’t feature for the Czech Republic during last night’s 4-2 win at Kazakhstan in their Euro 2016 qualifier.
There were hopes he may have simply been rested, however, shortly after the game Rosicky told reporters that he has picked up an unspecified knock.
The 34-year-old confirmed that he was unable to sprint freely or make sharp movements as he has ‘something swollen between the muscles’.
Rosicky will now head back to London to be assessed by Arsenal’s medical team, but he may have to join the queue as we have a number of fitness doubts ahead of this weekends clash with Hull City.
The good news is that Rosicky has barely featured in the first team this season so he was unlikely to start on Saturday anyway, but it does leave us with one less option from the bench if he’s ruled out for any period of time.
Rosický: "I couldn't do any sharp movement, couldn't sprint. If I tried to play in one tempo, I wouldn't make any difference for the team."

Rosický on his injury: "I'll come back to London and we'll see. The doctor said I have something swollen between the muscles."

So not too bad an international break, we’ve only lost ospina koscielny rosicky ozil. With chambers suspended and debuchy monreal arteta Ramsey diaby Gnabry Walcott sanogo and giroud, still considered not ready, just the 14 could be ruled out or doubtful for Saturday.
So we could line up like this
Szczesney
Bellerin hayden mertesacker gibbs
Flamini
Chamberlain wilshire cazorla podlski
Welbeck
Martinez ajayi coquelin zelalem sanchez Campbell akpom
