TEAM: Wenger Makes 4 Changes – Arsenal’s Line-Up To Play Man City

Arsenal get back to Premier League action this weekend and a crucial clash with Manchester City at the Emirates awaits on Saturday lunchtime. This is the team I’d like to see Arsene Wenger go with.

David Ospina is available after recovering from a thigh injury but I think it’s safe to say Szczesny will start between the sticks.

We’ve had some good news with Gibbs returning to the squad after missing the last four weeks with a hamstring strain so I’d like to see him replacing Monreal at left-back. The Spaniard has hardly put a foot wrong but Gibbsy offers us a lot more down the flank.

Koscielny is fit to play despite missing the France game last week with the head injury he picked up against Leicester so he should line-up alongside Mertesacker and Debuchy at the back.

The big fitness doubt is over Aaron Ramsey. The midfielder is facing a late test after twisting his ankle playing for Wales in midweek. Hopefully he’ll make it but if not then Jack can come in.

Mikel Arteta is in contention after recovering from his ankle injury so I’d bring him straight back in for Mathieu Flamini in midfield.

Arsene seems to be sticking to the 4-1-4-1 formation but I hope he ditches it and reverts back to the 4-2-3-1 and plays Mesut Ozil in his best position; in the No.10 role behind the striker.

I’d then pick The Ox to play down the left mainly for his pace and defensive attributes. Zabaleta is going to be a huge threat for City and I can see Oxlade-Chamberlain tracking back more than Cazorla or Podolski.

Alexis will start on the right flank and I’d certainly like to see the boss hand new signing Danny Welbeck his debut. He scored two excellent goals for England in midweek and he’s a big upgrade on Sanogo, so fingers crossed Arsene doesn’t try to be too clever here. Just start the lad.

Here’s my team:

This is a well balanced side and we’d have a strong bench consisting of the likes of Cazorla, Podolski, Ospina, Rosicky, Chambers and Flamini.

This is going to be a big test for us but hopefully we can come away with a positive result as the last thing we need is to lose to a title rival so early in the season.

I’m 100% sure that arsenal will demolise city tomorw but what is d problm of podi and rosiski that wenger just hate them naturally. Whether we lik it or not, rosiski and cambel wil be d one 2 turn it arround bt if wenger refuse to use them again, sori, na same story of previous yrs
