Ozil Praises Wenger On Facebook + Thanks ‘The Boss’ For Signing Him
Mesut Ozil has taken to his official Facebook page to congratulate Arsene Wenger on reaching his 1,000th game in charge of Arsenal and thanked the Frenchman for showing trust in him.
Arsene is set to reach the 1,000 game milestone when we take on Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Saturday afternoon and Ozil is the latest in a long-line of players, ex-players, pundits and fellow managers to congratulate him on this superb achievement.
The German claims he couldn’t imagine the Gunners without him and thanked the boss for showing trust in him and bringing him to London in the summer.
It’s certainly a magnificent achievement for Arsene to reach such a figure in today’s game and it’s great to see the players publicly recognising it as well.
