Fabregas Fuels Arsenal Move Rumours After Completing Purchase Of London Flat

By on July 31, 2013

The Cesc Fabregas to Arsenal rumours kicked off again this afternoon after it was confirmed that the midfielder had completed the purchase of a London flat.

Fabregas and his girlfriend, Daniella Semaan, have been involved in a court battle with her ex-husband after he tried to block the midfielder buying their former marital home for £5.5m – which is £2m under it’s value.

Semaan left her former partner, Elie Taktouk, for Fabregas in 2011 and gave birth to the Barcelona stars baby in April. As part of her divorce proceedings, she was ordered to sell the Grade-II listed flat – which is located near Buckingham Palace.

A buyer was found within three weeks of it going on the market. However, Mr Taktouk tried to block the sale once he learned it was her new boyfriend, Fabregas, who had agreed to buy it for £2m under it’s £7.5m market price. But a Court of Appeal hearing today ruled in favour of Fabregas and he now owns a lovely flat in the Capital.

‘Que rumours that Fabregas is set to return to Arsenal’

Predictably, rumours flooded the internet within minutes of the news, with optimistic Arsenal fans taking it as a sign that the midfielder was getting ready for a return to the Emirates this summer.

The reality is that Fabregas was simply securing the purchase of his girlfriends family home, where she and here children are already settled, after putting in his initial bid months ago.

Yes, it’s convenient that he would have somewhere to live IF he ever came back to Arsenal, but let’s look much into things. I know we’re all desperate for some positive news, but I don’t see Fabregas returning on the cards just yet unfortunately.

Let’s just be thankful he didn’t buy a flat in Manchester 😉

So in yr view the most successful Arsenal manager is an arsehole because he is not signing a player ( Fabregas) whos manager has said isnt for sale and b4 u jump on me lm not an AKB lm a realist who isnt prepared to throw a tantrum like a spoilt child simply because l dont get every thing l want ie the club buying every player that the press links us with

realist my @ss, u r just a typical AKB who will lap up anything your god @rsehole wenger does. we don’t need to buy all the players linked with us. we just want him to start buying players to strengthen the team. of course this is apparent to everyone except the stupid petulant AKB zombies

Arsenal board&wenger are only decieving theirslf.what wenger does every season is to price players for other managers to buy.imagine wenger said that, there’s no talent in europe to buy.it sound very fun.the fans should jst forget about Arsenal bcos this season wil worsen than last season for arsenal.

Frank Rikard , Michael Luadrop, Jurgen Klopp, Denis Bergkamp. These are just a few managers I can think of off the top of my head, who have a similar philosophy to Wenger in-terms of quick passing and possession football. No manager is irririplaceable.

This is just an insinuation, it doesn’t outrightly suggest that Fabregas is coming back now …….maybe in the future.

Whether Fabregas is coming or not coming, l don’t want Barca or Arsenal to sell any related Arsenal player with a buy back clause to be sold to any of rivals especially Man U at whatever price they may offer since they prefer to sell to outside Clubs rather to sell to arsenal. l’m sure Wenger have learnt a lesson by now not to sell his best players to a rival clubs in EPL since they will not sell to him. Their insuination is that arsenal is a selling club, l agree let them go elsewhere and buy. ENOUGH Pls

Fab won’t come this season, it all depends on how many times he plays for barca this season. If its enough he will stay, if not he will come back to arsenal. So don’t get your hopes up.
On transfer wise all we need is to bid quick for evertons Fellaini for 23mil to activate his buy-out clause, or Everton will want 30mil. He is well worth it.
    Compromise with Cesar over wages.
And then Wenger can put his efforts into a striker.
P.s what about ericksen to arsenal from Ajax? Good cheap signing, was the next big thing.

Cesc just show us how gentlemen he is. Nothin’ more. Not exactly a gentlemen in my perspective because he’s not marry Daniella yet. So, it mean he’s a free man life in Spain.
He’ll not comeback shortly to us for sure, but I think he’s in the procces to figure that Barca is not fullfilling his ultimate passion of football : to be a mastermind of the game. To be honest he’s not exactly to right man who can replace Xavi Hernandez who attached deeply into tiki taka machine. Neymar even give him more threat to his false number 9 position. So, this is all can accelerate his mind to us and to his family.
